Then take a dish cloth and using some of the water in the dish to wet the cloth, wipe down the interior of the microwave. So simple and easy!

cleaning tips_ovenHow to remove stubborn oven door stains.

This is one I just discovered last week! After spending many hours trying to bring my oven back to it’s former glory (AKA clean) I was frustrated that even after hours of cleaning, my oven door was still really stained.

I tried the natural options (covering it in baking powder and vinegar paste over night) I even tried stronger chemical cleaner options. But nothing got it clean.

Then I had a genius moment!

I used my paint raiser-blade (which I had been using to scrape paint off my windows after painting the frames) to gently scrape off the baked on stuff. Voila! Crystal clear!! I was totally shocked how well it came up. You can see a huge difference in the below image where I had used the paint scraper on half of the over door.
